Who we are

Why They Bounce is a unit of TechVantra Systems Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India at 2964, 2nd Main Road, Mathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600 068. TechVantra Systems Pvt Ltd is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Why They Bounce and TechVantra Systems Pvt Ltd.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, your work email, your website address, which button you used, and any plan you selected.

When you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter in the booking window and shares them with us.

When you visit the site, our server records technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of your visit.

If we contact you by email, we may hold your name, job title, company, business email address and public information about your company. We get these from public sources and business data providers.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare the audit or call you asked for, and discuss our services with you.

We use server records to keep the site running and secure.

We use business contact details to send relevant messages about our services to people at companies we may be able to help.

Where the law requires a legal reason, we rely on your consent, on steps you asked us to take before a contract, or on our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run this service:

Hetzner hosts our website and stores form submissions on a server in Finland. Resend delivers the email that tells our team about a new form submission. Cal.com runs our booking tool, and its booking script loads on our pages, so Cal.com may see your IP address. Your booking details are handled under Cal.com's own privacy policy. Google provides our website analytics. We also use email and data service providers for our business outreach.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if our business is sold or reorganised.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site. It does not load until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. It uses cookies and collects details such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We do not use this information to identify you personally. Cal.com may set its own cookies when you use the booking window. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

International transfers

We are based in India, our server is in Finland, and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be handled outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it

Server records are normally deleted after about 14 days. We keep enquiry and client details for as long as we need them to deal with your request, work with you, and meet legal or accounting duties. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record so we can respect that request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy of it. You may also be able to object to or limit how we use it, or withdraw consent.
